riffbox useless?

nonexistent support. should really be called "myth box." I purchased from gsm harbour 1 year ago and have never been able to use because of this stupid bullshit "activation" crap. (not a clone riffbox but a genuine) nobody returns emails etc. biggest waste of $250 ever.
