HELP! MT6582 Tablet won't Flash or Format ?

Hey guys, how are you doing? I hope you're fine.

Well, my problem is that I have a MediaTek Tablet which is stuck at Start UP LOGO (CPU: MT6582)
RECOVERY Works.
Hardware Reset but still hangs at start UP LOGO.
It won't flash or format using SP Flash Tool.

SP Flash Tool: MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM (Android)(COM5) Detected.

1.Download Only: Flashing stuck at Download Flash 0% then an error message appears (ERROR : S_FT_DOWNLOAD_FAIL (0xFA8))

2. Firmware Upgrade: Flashing stuck at Format 0% then an error message appears (ERROR : S_FT_FORMAT_FAIL (0xFAA))

3. Format all + Download: Flashing stuck at Format 0% then an error message appears (ERROR : S_FT_FORMAT_FAIL (0xFAA))

Same thing happens with or without battery plugged-in.
