help! my riff box failed to upgrade to the latest 1.52 firmware

every time i try to update firmware always i get this error

To capture active window, press alt + printscreen.

Update port driver too old, force reinstall it.
It should be year 2016 version.

i try driver from RIFF Box support area and reinstall driver
but i get same error

where can i get driver? can you provide a link thanks!

Get "Device cleanup tool" (google for it).
Disconnect box, run the tool with admin rights.
Remove non present devices, reboot, connect box and point driver installation wizard to riff drivers dir (64 or 32 bit depending on system).


When You open device properties in device manager, driver version should show this:
