I can acces to the rockerdongle.com area support but i cannot acces tubo support area this is the message i am getting all time when i try to acces it through rocker support or turbo support software
Your card is not registered for support area access.
If You want to access Rocker Dongle support, please select it from support access software.
Turbo Support access requires PAID activation.C1357C5C7122BE0C
may be u can have another look on the matter.....

Brother hassan that was my first question for turbo support, i bought few days ago from a reseller new dongle, let me repeat it again is turbo support free for new rocker dongle or not. if it is free then why i am getting this above mentioned message to resolve the matter please ...........

Have one Year free access to Rocker Support and
turbo Support, Turbo support is not important because
don't have any File to Rocker. For Rocker the Support
with all Software is: Rocker dongle Support. Turbo
Support have another Files. If you access to Rocker
Support without any Problem all is ok. I have one old
Rocker, When I buy my Rocker (and all pepole) the
Turbo supporte and Rocker support is free. If you have
access to Rocker support and don't have access in Turbo
Support anything is wrong.Turbo support is free, you don't
need pay anything. But i don't know if this is any new.
But i send for you see two pictures, one of Rocker Support
and another From Turbo Support. If you can try access to
Turbo support and put Picture appears when you try open.

According to the advetisement and annoucements on the forum for the first 1 year turbo support is free for the new users. just check the top advertisement banner on the forum. Please try to explain that or change this banner or contact mr. lejija for this clarification. as he is the product supporter.

Support is not Free. I think this is New.But in reality
You have all to Rocker in Rocker Support. Turbo Support
