Motorola DROID ULTRA MAXX XT1080M (Motorola Obake)

Hi I have a soft bricked maybe hard bricked Motorola DROID ULTRA MAXX XT1080M (Motorola Obake), I don't have a working screen for the phone but I know from connecting via USB to PC that the phone is able to boot into fastboot and bootloader. The phone was water damaged, I am new to RIFF and am unsure if water damaged phones can be revived.

I need to access the internal SD card to retrieve important files, I am willing to work with you on this. Thanks
