Cannot Log Into Turbo Server

Yesterday I logged into the turbo server, today I get the message that I am at the wrong ip. How can this be, yesterday I logged in at this computer, everything is the same. Now today I cannot log in. If I cannot log into the server from my computer, what's the sense of having the ultimabox. Seems like from day to day there is another problem that comes up.
Can someone explain to me what this ip error is and how to correct this.

The IP range restriction is used to prevent sharing accounts.
Since You're from USA, i have allowed You a bit wider IP range then others have. So, it should be okay now.

For the pass 2 days, I keep getting the ip error. Can you make the range even wider.
