I used SEtool3 box and software. After flashing I do not have permission to enter NCK entering mode nor I am allowed to put my old SIM card inside as well as the rest of all operators cards I have. Also I am unable to start the phone with the universal card I have from old motorola. I know that the NCK counter has something to do with it because I have unlocked several phones based on same platform like w200, k320, k510, k310 as well as other platforms and all CID's as well as CID53.

Now I'm stuck on perhaps most stupendous problem I met so far in my unlocking and decoding career.

what cid have phone?
you have 5 lock closed or you don't have signal with all cards?
5 lock can be repaired easy.
setool usualy make security backup before any operation.
if you not have backup need csca unlock.

Both phones are CID50, and the problem is that I can not even call 112 or SOS number. NCK menu is also unavaible, therefore I am unable to use any SIM card at all.

IF you donīt have security backup you need dreambox for this. If you have the backup write with setool.
