Flash the phone first with Flash+flex first and then try to unlock again. Try without sim card inside and then with sim card inside. If everything fails then it's HW problem

ya probaste con otro v300 si este es el primero, anoche desbloquee el primer v300 y en primer momento pense que no lo desbloqueo en el primer paso pero me pidio que lo encienda de vuelta y luego se apago el telefono. lo encendi y el estaba desbloqueado. adios
