Asi nomas de la nada se me murio y me dice card not found ya le instale como 100 veces windows me la reconoce como rocker dongle pero cuando ejecuto el sw me sale esto please helpme salu2

Tienes la rockerbox o la Rockerdongle.
En ambos casos limpia la smartcard.

Trata de probar con otro smart card reader.

hola , esto no se si lo habras echo pero no veo que lo pusieras.
1)cambiastes de puerto usb?
2) desinstalastes todo , reiniciastes la pc , y lusgo instalas todo de nuevo desde el principio , con el instalador?

te digo todo esto porque veo que en la foto tenes muchos soft que al parecer son free, eso ami me trajo muchos problemas con alguna que otra box que tengo , por eso decidi no poner tantos que al fin y al cavo no voy a usar .
el ultimo recurzo que le veo a esto es: formatear !!!!
y arranca de nuevo . ya si esto no lo soluciona.... lo lamento mucho pero no le veo solucion a menos que alguien le pase lo mismo y lo soluciono .

And it starts again. Already if this does not solve it .... I am sorry about it very much but I do not see solution until anybody spends the same thing to him and solve it.

Antes de formatear prueba en otra pc, puedeser la de un amigo que no tenga cajas instaladas.

There is simple way to check if card is ok or not.

open device manager, connect dongle, and check if "E-Gate USB Smart card" is listed.

intenta sacando un poquito la tarjeta de la rocker dongle, esto porque se quiebra la base de la tarjeta y se mete hasta adentro

try pulling out just a little bit the card from the rocker dongle, that's because the card base must be broken at the end

mira amigo!! una vez me paso algo como eso... yo te recomiendo que si tenes algun soft que requiera un crack lo desintales y vuelvas ainstalar la box mediante el panel de control en "sistemas>administrador de dispositivos>hardware" y si esto no te da resultado intenta formateando, pero si cuando conectas tu box, te dice nuevo hardware encontrado, no te asustes, por que tiene solucion!

maybe ur smartcard is damage if u r under warranty ask ur reseller, if not, sorry but u r gonna have to buy another one.
