How to enter code in V9 phone?

Hi to all,
i have 1 RAZR² V9 to unlock.So i have the code too.
but:

if you put another (non accepted) sim, phone just freeze on motorola logo.I have try to let one night for see if the phone ask for code but nothing.

if you put an accepted sim (sfr) phone power on normaly.

is there a tricks for enter code?

Phone is damaged with Smart Clip or MSS. We're checking for repair solution, but this can take a while.

the customer as just tell me that he has buy a code on a internet website...
Me, i have no touch the phone....
