i need some help to unlock a Moto W375, since it's the first time i'm doing that.
How does it works?
It is locked to this network: TMN Portugal

the IMEI is: 353003019921383

Charged battery + good flash (try original dmtool). I didn't got any piece which died definitely.

I keep getting a communication error on some of the phones. Batteries are fully charged. I have tried smart-clip as well, and keep getting the same error. Do you have any sudjestions?

The only way I was lucky to get a W375 unlock was by purchasing a code online from a company which charged me US29

Yes I have a rocker dongle as well. I cannot connect using either rocker or smart clip

maybe your phone damaged? cable must be same as for Moto T191

tried multiple cables and multiple phones. some will unlock and flash, others will not. about one in 10 will.

Yes I have a rocker dongle as well. I cannot connect using either rocker or smart clip

tr4y with an older version of odm rocker. i had same problem too.

I have downloaded the odm rocker but the software failed to start, it always says, "Card not found or used by another application", even though I plug in the rocker dongle.

u have some problem with the usb drivers. try to reinstall ur windows, and try again. attention to the date, u need to be set to correcy date in ur pc.

Amigo! tens que instalar os drivers para o Motorola primeiro.
Tens que conectar a Dongle,Ter instalado o Soft principal.
Depois vais ao site retirar o Programa ODMRocker,ver 1.25.
Abres o mesmo e voila.
