How to activate support access on Rocker Dongle

i just bought rocker dongle and tried to set up
when i run the client for reading the serial it picks up the card but not the box.
in the manual when you say press enter and then reset,where is the reset key located,on the ports the box is read and is recognized.:confused5: :confused5: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

just further point i spoke to my reseller and this is definitely original not fake.what is difference between rocker and ultima because on my box it says rocker dongle.is the set up different please reply need to decide if going to keep
this hardware or get something different.

What exactly You want to do now ?

basically this is my problem

Your dongle is not activated to access Turbo Support.
To activate it, run Dongle Client from "Turbo Support Setup"
And activate counter on last slot.
