Rocker dongle Info:meaning pls?

Hallo!
Could anyone pls explain to me the meaning of the shown infos by Rocker dongle client?(see attachment)

Further,i have another problem:when i try to enter support area from my laptop,it just shows STARTING BROWSER and nothing more happen,i mean the support area won´t be shown.From my standard computer no problem.All is fine.
Any idea why??

Thank u man and pls tolerate stme this kind things.
I have seen this b4 but as u can notice it in my attachement,the 1st and the last line are not unlimited.I was not sure if i have to activate them.Who knows what happen?
