the only solution that you have is to unlock your phone by operator code, no tool can do it.

v8 z8 at the moment some new phones only by code no tools supported direct unlock at the moment.. sure for z8 exists but expensive ;)

If you don't have, you need buy it.

Next time try to reset subsidy password to 00000000 before flashing, in that way after flashing you can enter 00000000 if your phone later got locked.
