Turbo-Support Registration problem

Please help, I tried to register with Turbo-Support, but when i try it says that the Box Serial number is already registered.

where you get your box? ask the people from you buy the box!

I had the same issue. Press the Enter key and the Reset key at the same time and you'll get your serial. The user/pass is UltimaBOX:UltimaBOX.
