with JAF you don't need this file after latest upgrade.
with ufs this is a solution,but phone galery don't look good with this cnt,
and in some cases customer return back,after write with jaf all is OK:)
i'am have colection of cnt files for this phones,if you need you can contact me too

try with other box,jaf for example,mt-box.
with tornado you can optain locked phone.
first see where is your problem,hardware or software.
and... you know this probably,don't downgrade phone.
for bb5 i use only jaf,tornado for dct-4(exist some models,jaf don't work good with this phones.2650,6230 for example)
&new phones like 1110,1600,3220,6020,7260 etc.don't work good with tornado.
& if you have tornado you can bay jaf for 99euro.
2 box can solve many problem.some phones you can't repair with tornado,but can repair with jaf and viceversa.
and jaf have support like turbo-support,not only for suported models.
