What is the best to use between SAGDD and ROCKER DONGLE TO UNLOCK SAGEM ?

I have Rocker Dongle only without SagDD .Will i be able to unlock sagem without SagDD? With types of sagem cables will i use? And where can i find the reseller to buy sagem logs ?
