Mpx220 How to

Please someone tell me how to unlock mpx220.
Cause it starts the loader then the phone show me rovkerdongle by legija
but nothing else....
if someone unlocked this type succesfully please help.

connec te cable with out batery and read the codes, put a sim card and write the network code
