Just enter any password until the device resets itself. It has a factory default of 10 wrong passwords and then it will reformat itself to factory specs

hi again
yes i have read that, but im not having a simlock or any.. im having a turnon/turnoff loop issue (the phone keep re-booting) so.. think i need a full reset (like a re-format) to load all firmware, etc. after that.. what u think?

To reset your BlackBerry (erase all personal data, reset to factory defaults)
1. From the home screen, select Options | Security Options
2. Select General Settings
3. Click the trackwheel, and select Wipe Handheld
4. Click Continue
5. When prompted, type "blackberry" to continue
6. Your BlackBerry device will erase all the data and put the settings back to factory default
7. After your device resets, turn the wireless radio back on
8. Attempt the Enterprise Activation again.
If you get an error message that says "contact your system administrator", please contact Lanlogic so that we can reset your BlackBerry activation password. The activation password is valid for 48 hours or until it is used.
If the device sits at "activating" and never goes through the initialization of services, this means that it's not able to contact the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Most likely this is because the wireless provider does not have you on the correct data plan for BlackBerry Enterprise Server, or there is some kind of problem with the data network.
