hi... this is how you need to do,..

remove any simcard in the phone..then switch the phone onn and then type the codes..to find the pw+ you need to press the star button as many times untill it will show the letters..or hold the star button and the letter will change.. then try the first five codes... one of them is the code that will unlock your phone...sometmes it will say DONE,then when you try the other simcard it will still not work..that means,that was not the right one..you have to try the first 5 codes..when you have finished,,off the phone and put the simcard that was not working before and see if it works now..
