Activation need

hi Thunderstorm Team!

bought new thunderstorm box but it was not active when reseller send it to me.
So downloaded "Online-dongle-update-client 1.1" run program, but it asks for activation string.
After reading forum registered Flasher at http://www.gsmthunderstorm.com/ registration page and put all data needed. That was one week ago but still not received activation string for updater tool.

Please tell me how to get the flasher box active now!
