V3x software update.

Hi there,
What am I doing wrong here,
Got a V3xv (Vodafone) in for a software update...branding removal.
(I have flashed several before without problem)

I'm using UBL with Motorocker_125.
Phone is not locked.
Phone is detected as V3X-Modem.
Flash file R252211LD_U_85.99.50R_LP0039_DRM0001_JPRU_R25221GE NERIC_03_USRAZRV3XRURXXR2522100A_1FF.shx
Switch Handset to Flash interface
Err02020005 Handset not detected!

I can't enter flash interface manualy because *, # and PWR doesn't work!

any Ideas?????????

Phone is working only customer doesn't want the Vodafone interface and so on.

Everything is now ok,
Read phone info with RSD light,
Upgraded Bootloader via testpoint with UBL, then Flashed with UBL.
All is ok now and no VF Branding1
