W220 Damaged by free software

I have an W220 from an customer that's damaged by some free software and now phone is dead.

Is it possible to repair with Rocker box? Do I need to flash it?
and what files to use ?

No I did not flash it, i will try your solution.

if flashing just eeprom - not help - reflash with full good flash ,after check just eeprom and flash just eeprom ( not know why but after flashing full flash, need flash eeprom separately. cos in other case, if you not do this , Rocker not rewrite eeprom zone from full) after - press repair unauthorized

You are in Rocker Dongle Forum Ok?
Rocker is the best Box to Motorola. (And Samsung and Sagem and Compal models)
You unlock your Phone with Rocker Dongle.
Of course and Rocker Dongle, don't use free software because you can have serious problems.
This is one of advice of Friend.

Frind! you don't have Any Box Correct?
You have de Cable Ok! Software for flash is ODM Rocker lasted version.
You can download from this Forum.
But this software don’t work without Rocker Dongle.
If you install and run you see this message “Card not Found” Please put card and try again.
But isn’t not this,You need the correct flash, and Rocker Dongle have flashes to this Phone only in Support area. To need Rocker for free access to Support.
Here you download the correct flash? If you don’t have Box you never Flash this Model Phone correctly.

if you not have boxes,safe way for you is gsm shop or unlock by codes.

for this phone not exist free tested software.
only some cracked and semyworked softwares.
if you use this softwares you can damage your phone.

For many users is difficult to understand crack Software is very dangerous.
To do certain operations in the phones without a Box and the respective Software.
They try to use Soft Crack and later they destroy the phones and the things are more complicated.
Then comes here to ask help.
