c261 unlock fail..

hi..pls i have a c261 a customer brought for security code unlock.i tried unlocking with my rocker.it showed unlock ok.wen i tried on a simcard.all i got was a blinking phone.i tried fomatting ffs n got same result.i tried to unlock again then i got d msg something wrong with unlock,send eeprom to support..pls i need help urgently,mr legija or anyone out there.

y not im unloking c261 since phone in markeet with crack softwer but now rocker is easy / fast if u have ffs fil is ok reed from working phone and writ ther is 1 my frend have problem with blikink lcd format ffs writ agan i fix 100 phoness if stil not ok mak ful flash put ful charg battery
