Buy an Ultimabox and you will get no support, it's a waste of money.
Every time a question is asked in support legija chimes in with some smart assed answer, read the support questions that he's answered, check out how they get deleted, do you think you could expect support on a product from a jerk like him!

With such an offensive attidude beginning from your first post, I'm really surprised, you reached 7 posts, and you are not banned.
You really have to learn how to solve your problems, and not to spit poison all around, if you encounter any. There are few tousand Ultimabox users satisfied,, you are the only one screaming around ....

I and many other have the same problems and they are not being addressed.
We bought these boxes expecting support and we get nothing, what do you expect?
Anyone reading his replies knows where the offensive attitude comes from.
You can ban me from speaking the truth but it will continue to be read either here or in other forums.
When my problem is resolved it will be over.

Product supporters, programmers, modertors made some stickies in all box supports sections, to improve resolving user problems, but usually they arent readed by most of them. Look at gsmcity for example, you will see similar responses in Infinity, JAF, Vygis, HWK, Furious, etc sections if the problem were already discussed in 1000 threads, pointed with links to the stickies but customers just ask the same silly question every time they encounter a problem. After a while, it is more than enough for supporters, they realise all that energy put in making those stickies are useless, and the cup filles.
So , again, after reading all the stickies regarding your problem, and you could not find answer, WHAT is your problem , after all?

Again, I changed computer and ISP provider and cant connect, legija is aware of this and refuses to respond.
I dont think anyone should have to beg and be extremely humble in order to get him to provide a service he was paid to provide.
When this box was bought nothing was said about you could not change ISP numbers, only after you try to log in with a different number are you aware of it.

I did provide my user name, which was what he asked for and received another smart answer in return.
I paid for the box and expect the same service that anyone would but as I said I'm not going to beg for anything.
At this point I dont really care, I can afford to lose what I paid for the box but can he afford to lose future sales.
I will be posting about his lack of customer support in every site available!
