I thought this was a support site but apparently there is'nt any. I now have a box that cant be used because this childish IP restriction BS.
Legija, if you sell these boxes at least make them usable.
We dont have the same ISP address everyday and from what I'm reading here others dont either.
What does it take to get a response from you and get this BS restriction lifted.

Better explain what type of problem You have. Users with such attitude mostly get kicked from here.

My problem was already explained, ISP changed and am locked out as it seems a lot of others have been. I dont appreciate paying for a box that cant be used because of your silly "you've been busted rule".
Why do you think everyone is going to have the same ISP number everyday, ISP's dont all work like that, I cant get in because of a number that you locked in 6 month's ago. My numbers have changed many times since then and will change many more in the next 6 month's.
Are we supposed to beg you to let us use support? I don't think so.
If you want to kick me off because because of my attitude then go for it, you only make yourself look worse, there are others that were treated just like me and it show's in this forum and others.
Why dont you try working with customers that have bought this box instead of trying to act like the Big Boss Man!

You are wrong buddy. Just because i am in good mood, i will be polite with You now.
1. Turbo Support IP policy allows 3 diferent IP ranges. For example :
1.0.0.0/16
2.0.0.0/16
3.0.0.0/16
What does this means in practice ? Simply users can change 3x 255.255 diferent IP-s before they get locked out.
It is true that some new ISP-s have many IP "chunks", for example in spain and lithuania, but this is only 5% of turbo support users population. And those guys are smart enough to read error message and do as requested there, WHICH IS NOT CASE with You.
So, i still cant help You. You havent posted Your turbo support user name, therefore i cannot use any parameter in search to find Your account and solve this problem for You.

I did read the message there and all it said was go to T Support, which I did but I find there is no proper support program, just this forum!

5 day's since first post and still cannot connect, will not go past settings/connection.

Yes, i did made big mistake, i am really sorry. It should say " Access is blocked due to user being too stupid" .
Why for *** sake You dont try to read MANUAL ? If i got it well, You're from USA, so even my slappy english should be quite understandable for You.

I did read the manual, why does it not connect, what violation, nothing is explained.
Why not take a little time explaining a problem when someone ask's instead of trying to act like a jerk all the time??????
