hi, there is a light that stays on the above keypad and never goes off even when u switch the phone off. it eats away at the phone power which causes the screen to flicker. i know this to be the case because it has gone off b4 and the screen stopped flickering.
does anyone know how to turn this light off. its the keypad under the screen that stays a light.
iv tried a full reset off the phone and even debranded it, no luck.
can anyone help???????????
