Security Violation

So I just get the Rocker cable in, and I try to get it set up with the box. Now a screen pops up everytime I try to get into the scripts directory saying that I violated some sort of security policy which I'm not aware of, and it doesn't let me in. I also can't get the Rocker dongle activated. What's going on Legija?
