v550 cant unlock!

i have a v550 firmware R376_G_0E.66.0ER and boot version 7.E1 , ultima cant unlock this phone or i need more sugestion?

Try, another cable. because the ultimas cable not working correct. I use original motorola cable.

all the old_cable motorola cables are junk, which are given with ultima :)
